Some conversions may take a little longer, but 2 weeks is a fair baseline for most scenarios. We can move as fast, or slowly as you need. Can we use our existing forms?

Yes, at Shergo, we aim to keep things as smooth as possible. You send us copies of your forms, and we replicate them for you during the conversion process. This is also a good time to make any changes you've wanted, but haven't wanted to pay for!

Are there any training or resources available?

Yes! We can absolutely provide your team with a training to get you started, as well as provide you with access to our knowledge base, full of helpful information about the system! That said, we've had many shops switch to Shergo and find it so intuitive that they didn't feel the need for training beyond the onboarding process.

Will I be able to use my existing hardware?

Yes! Most existing hardware will work with our system. As long as it’s recognized by Windows, our system can recognize and work with it. If you have unique or non-standard hardware, reach out to us, and we'll confirm whether it’s compatible or if we can create an integration for it!

What kind of support do you offer?

During the first 2 months of onboarding, you'll receive a sort of "as needed" support, where you'll be able to call any time and get a quick response. After you're comfortable using the software and any potential issues are worked out, we'll move to a standardized support schedule of 9am - 6pm ET. Critical issues may be handled outside of these hours as needed.

Shergo is still in the early stages of life - by signing up now, you're securing the early-adopter pricing. Right now, that's $200 per shop per month, and that price is set for life.
